After completing this eight-week transformation challenge you’ll need a new pair to judge yourself in because the old ones will be too big. Here’s the deal. You ditch the scales and pick a pair that’s one or two sizes too small and we guarantee that, if you train hard and follow our nutrition advice, you’ll be wearing them by the time you’ve completed the programme. If you can’t squeeze into the new pair, we’ll give you your money back. The package includes the following five bespoke elements:
Health assessment
To make sure that we’re giving you exercises and nutrition advice that’s right for you, we’ll conduct a full postural and structural evaluation and a body composition assessment before you start training.
Programme design
Once we’ve got the results of your assessment we’ll create a bespoke workout plan that will shrink your waistline.
Personal training
You’ll get two personal training sessions and two small-group metabolic sessions per week to keep you motivated and progressing.
Nutrition advice
We’ll give you a personal eating plan that doesn’t involve fad diets and won’t leave you feeling hungry.
Ongoing support
Each week we’ll conduct an accountability session to help you stick to your plans. We’ll also regularly monitor your progress to make sure you get the body you want.
