Our all-access membership system sets us apart form other gyms. You get the advantages of an exclusive one-on-one gym as well as the benefits of a traditional gym membership rolled into one complete package. We’re pioneering this comprehensive set-up in the UK and it means you’ll get high quality coaching and as much support as you need to achieve your training goals. Here’s what’s included:
Personal training
Your membership includes four personal training sessions per month and unlimited access to our small-group metabolic training sessions. You can, of course, book extra personal training sessions if you need them.
Programme design
We’ll create a bespoke exercise programme based on where you’re starting from and what you want to achieve.
Nutrition advice
We’ll make personalised nutrition recommendations that support your training aims.
Movement assessment
We’ll give you ongoing postural and movement screenings to help keep you fit and injury free.
Regular assessments
We’ll monitor your body composition and evaluate your progress to make sure you keep moving forwards.
Gym membership
You can use the gym, where you’ll be able to consult your programme and training diary, whenever you like. You’ll also always have support from our team of coaches.
Online benefits
You’ll become a member of our online training community, which will give you the support you need when you can’t make it to the gym. You’ll have unlimited access to the W10 coaches and exclusive nutrition and training advice.

How much does it cost? £69 joining fee then £64.75 per week*
